$1000.00 Flat Buyers Representation Fee ( We negotiate the rest with the seller)
Pay us a Flat Fee of $1000.00 at closing to represent you as your buyers agent. ( We will negotiate up to 3% of the rest of the fee from seller. We will also give you 25% of what we negotiate from seller back to you as a credit towards your closing fees)!
